The rules of the road for using SumFlights. Last updated 1 January 2026, effective immediately.
These Terms govern your access to and use of SumFlights โ including our website, mobile experiences and B2B agent portal. Please read them carefully. By using the Platform you agree to be bound by everything below.
By accessing or using SumFlights ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform.
SumFlights reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract to use this Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
When booking on behalf of others, you confirm that you are authorized to act on their behalf and have shared these Terms with them.
All bookings made through SumFlights are subject to the fare rules, baggage policies and cancellation terms of the operating airline or supplier. These rules are displayed before checkout and are binding once payment is confirmed.
Tickets are issued only after full payment has been received and confirmed. SumFlights is not liable for delays in ticket issuance caused by airline systems, payment processors or fraud-prevention checks.
Passenger name details must exactly match government-issued identification. Name corrections after ticketing may incur airline fees or require reissuance.
All prices displayed are in the selected currency and include applicable taxes and fees unless explicitly stated otherwise. Prices are not guaranteed until ticketing is complete.
We accept major credit and debit cards, mobile money, bank transfer and approved agent wallet balances. Payment is processed through PCI-DSS compliant providers.
Currency conversions performed by your card issuer may differ from the displayed exchange rate. SumFlights is not responsible for these differences.
Cancellation, change and refund rights are determined by the fare conditions of the booked ticket. Some fares are fully non-refundable and non-changeable.
Where refunds are due, SumFlights will process them within five (5) business days of approval. Funds typically reach the original payment method within 5โ10 additional business days.
A service fee may apply to cancellations, changes and refunds processed through SumFlights. This fee is separate from any airline-imposed charges.
It is your responsibility to ensure you hold valid passports, visas, health certificates and any other documents required for your itinerary. SumFlights is not liable for denied boarding or entry caused by missing or invalid documentation.
We strongly recommend verifying travel and health advisories with relevant authorities prior to departure.
SumFlights acts as an intermediary between you and travel suppliers (airlines, hotels, ground operators). We do not own or operate any of these services and are not liable for their performance, delays, cancellations, lost baggage or injury.
Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform is limited to the service fees paid to SumFlights for the booking in question.
You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, to make speculative or fraudulent bookings, to scrape or harvest content, or to interfere with the Platform's normal operation.
Accounts engaged in suspicious or fraudulent activity may be suspended or terminated without notice.
All content on the Platform โ including text, graphics, logos, and software โ is the property of SumFlights or its licensors and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Tรผrkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be submitted to the courts of Istanbul.
Before initiating any formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for a period of at least thirty (30) days.
